Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 May 2026

Moonstream Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent studio that builds mobile applications. This policy describes how we approach user information at the studio level. Each app we publish has its own behavior — for the specifics of any individual app, please read its dedicated policy linked below.

Studio-wide commitments

The following are true for every app we publish, today and in any future release:

  • You do not need a personal account to use our apps. We do not require sign-up with your name, email, or any registration form to play.
  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying personal information through our apps.
  • We use Google Firebase services in some apps to support specific features (e.g., online leaderboards). Apart from Firebase, we do not embed any other analytics SDKs, and we do not run our own analytics servers.
  • Our apps do not access your photos, contacts, microphone, camera, or precise location.
  • Most game progress, scores and preferences are stored locally on your device. Some apps (such as Last Tile) also send minimal data to online services like Google Firebase to power features like global leaderboards. See each app’s dedicated privacy policy for details on what data leaves the device.

Per-app behavior (varies by app)

Some of our apps integrate optional third-party services that collect or process data on their own terms. The list of services used by a given app is disclosed in that app’s privacy policy and in its Google Play Data Safety section.

Advertising. Some apps show advertisements served by Google AdMob. When ads are shown, AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address and ad-interaction signals to deliver and measure ads. AdMob’s data handling is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android device settings.

Online leaderboards. Some apps (such as Last Tile) include online leaderboards powered by Google Firebase. When this feature is used, the app sends an anonymous account identifier, a chosen or auto-generated display name, and the score itself to Firebase servers operated by Google. No Google account sign-in is required, and no personally identifying information is sent. See each app’s dedicated privacy policy for the exact data sent and the data-deletion procedure.

Per-app privacy policies

For app-specific details — including which third-party services are used, which permissions are requested, and how to opt out — please see the dedicated policy for each app:

Children’s privacy

Our apps are designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The third-party services we use (Google AdMob, Google Firebase) are general-audience services governed by Google. Parents who would like to limit ad personalisation for a child should use Android’s built-in family controls and the privacy settings in the device’s ad settings.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through one of our apps, please contact us and we will investigate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we publish new apps or add features. The “Last updated” date above will change accordingly. For app-level changes, see the per-app policies linked above.
