How to get the best help

When reporting an issue with one of our apps, please include:

  • Your device model (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S22)
  • Your Android version (e.g. Android 14)
  • The app name and version (the version is usually shown in the app’s settings or about screen)
  • A short description of what happened, and what you expected to happen
  • Screenshots or a screen recording, if possible

Frequently asked questions

I have a feature suggestion. Where can I send it?

Please email us at moonstreamtech@gmail.com with the subject line “Feature Request”. Including the app name and a short description helps us route the idea quickly.

How do I report a bug?

Email moonstreamtech@gmail.com with the details listed above (device, Android version, app version, what happened, screenshots/video if you have them). The more we know, the faster we can reproduce and fix the issue.

Are your apps free?

Last Tile is free to install and play, supported by optional rewarded ads and a non-intrusive banner. Other apps may differ — please check the listing for each app on Google Play.

Do your apps require an account?

None of our apps require a personal account or any sign-in. Some apps include online leaderboards powered by anonymous Firebase identifiers; no Google account or personal information is required.

How do I get a refund?

For purchases made through Google Play, please follow Google’s refund process. If you need help with anything else, just email us.

I’m a journalist or content creator — can I write about your apps?

Yes, please do. Email moonstreamtech@gmail.com and let us know what you’re working on. We’re happy to share press materials, screenshots and answer questions.
