By installing or using Last Tile (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
Moonstream Tech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App, except where allowed by applicable law.
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App.
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonstream Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Intellectual property
The App, including its name, design, code, and visual assets, is the intellectual property of Moonstream Tech. All rights not expressly granted to you in these terms are reserved.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate this license if you breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms when the App gains new features. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
